For the longest time, I was of the mindset that I didn't need a personal trainer. I've been to a gym, I've lifted weights, I've watched what I've eaten, but those gains have always been temporary. In my first session with Cheryl, I knew this was going to be different. Thanks to Cheryl's training, I can say that I'm stronger now in my 40's than I was in my 20's.  Cheryl's programming changed me from a fitness novice who could find any reason not to work out to a person where fitness has impacted his life for the better and couldn't imagine missing out on an opportunity to improve my mind and body.
